  • Not necessarily! The first seven weeks are for anyone to learn how to positively influence others. People at all levels can benefit. Weeks 8-16 focus more on management skills, which managers may find particularly valuable.

  • Measuring a specific return on investment for this type of training is extremely challenging. However, what we do know is that having competent leaders and managers in your company can mitigate problems such as turnover, project delays, cost overruns, and non-compliance with policies, as well as improve the performance of employees. While we may not be able to calculate an exact cost for these issues, we are aware that they can result in significant financial implications for companies, costing thousands of dollars each year.

  • A longer duration helps people retain the content better. The full four-month program is recommended for optimal results.

  • Yes, about 30-90 minutes per week. It's essential for reinforcing class content and promoting growth

  • Yes, via Zoom and 360-degree conference room cameras. Remote classes have been successful, and active participation is encouraged for the best experie

  • Yes, we record each session, allowing participants to catch up on missed content. However, missing more than four classes is not advised.

  • Absolutely! We've done this for many companies. A minimum of eight participants is required, and it can be conducted at your location with some basic video and audio requirements.
